Golf Sweep Instructions - For a Player

1. Register

• Open Golf Sweep
• Select Register
• Enter your name, email address and password
• Tap Create Account
• Log in

2. Create a Sweep

A sweep is your overall golf group or competition series.

Examples:
Thursday Golf Group
Summer Tour 2026
Ryder Cup Weekend

• Go to Sweeps
• Select Create Sweep
• Enter a sweep name
• Save

3. Manage Members

Players need to be added before they can play.

• Open your sweep
• Select Manage Members
• Add the required players

4. Create a Competition

Competitions sit inside a sweep.

Examples:
Weekly Stableford
May Medal
Captain's Day

• Open the sweep
• Select Create Competition
• Enter competition name, date and course
• Optionally select sub-competitions:
  • Front 9
  • Back 9
  • First 6 Holes
  • Holes 7–12
  • Holes 13–18
  • Twos
• Select Create Competition

5. Add Players

• Open competition
• Select Manage Players
• Add players

6. Open Competition

• Open competition
• Select Open Competition

This enables scoring.

7. Enter Scores

• Open competition
• Select Edit Playing Partners
• Select your playing partners
• Press Continue
• Use + and – buttons to enter scores
• Press Next for next hole
• Continue through all 18 holes

8. Submit Scorecards

• Press Submit Scorecards when complete
• All selected players will be submitted together

9. View Results

• Leaderboard – overall standings
• Sub-Competitions – Front 9, Back 9, Twos etc

10. Finalise Competition

• Open competition
• Select Finalise Competition

This locks the results.
